With no need for guests to download an App, Mi-Room can be accessed via any Internet connection on any device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), encouraging guests to browse, book, order services and charge to room or pay.

Do my guests have to download an app?

No. Mi-Room is NOT an App. Our solution works as long as your guests have access to the internet, using either your Wi-Fi network or their mobile data network.

Do I have to pay commission on orders taken by Mi-Room?

No. We offer a SAAS model which means that the small monthly price you pay is fixed regardless of your transaction increases.

How much is the cap-ex investment?

If you look at our pricing structure, you will see that in most cases there is no cap-ex, meaning you can expect ROI from day one. Mi-Room is charged on a per-room basis.

Can Mi-Room integrate with my EPoS and hotel property management system (PMS)?

Will I have control over editing menu items and adding special promotions?

This is up to you. We can either set you up with your own administration interface, which will allow you to add, edit or delete menu details and prices at the touch of a button, or we can integrate with your existing EPoS systems. This means that any updates to your EPoS systems will automatically update Mi-Room. Full training will be given and all updates will be real-time.

What payment options can my guests choose from?

Mi-Room is compatible with multiple payment partners and therefore supports any payment method, including Debit/Credit card, PayPal, AliPay, ApplePay, charge to room and more. It can also be integrated with existing payment gateways or EPoS systems.

Do I have access to my customer data?

Yes. Mi-Room captures your customer data and you can use this at any time to create personalised marketing campaigns. Mi-Room does not give any of your customer data to third party companies.

How will my guests know Mi-Room is available in my establishment?

Many of your guests will automatically connect to Mi-Room once they access your Wi-Fi. They will be presented with an optional introduction to Mi-Room and how they can use it during their stay. We can also provide personalised marketing material for you to display, whether it’s in the individual rooms or public spaces of your venue, to let your guests know our service is available. Social integration with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media sites also plays a vital role in capturing guests’ awareness and feedback.
